Fast and friendly service. Didn't have to wait long for hot drinks despite them being busy. Amazing piping hot chai lattes. Think they deserve a bit of slack from some of the overly negative reviews because they're doing a great job for a busy airport cafe.

Got myself a Chai late from here as appose to my usual place. Definitely will be coming back more often. Staff were lovely and friendly as well.

A great smooth tasting coffee and friendly, quick service. I only tried as no where I was familiar with was open but now I would buy a coffee here again. Pricy though, $6.20- for a large latté, my Nelson fav (Haven Rd Sublime) is $4.70 for a large latté (if you have your own cup).

Gobsmacked by the harsh reviews. Yes you do need to prick up your ears when they call out your coffee, but their flat white tastes smooth and creamy so to me it was worth the 3-minute wait in line.
